Member Since: June 2006 Posts: 1,389 Send Message	Trying to find descendants of Byers Race who lived Crakehall/Bedale and died 1895 (ish). He had son Charles who was an apprentice chemist in Bedale on 1861 census, can't find him after 1861. John Edwin Race who lived in Gateshead c1891. He married Annie Harrison and they had two children Allan Byers and Dorothy Marie. Emma Race who lived with grandmother in Pateley Bridge (she never married). Benjamin Byers (who died as an infant, also at Pateley Bridge). Byers snr wife died 1849 and all the children went to live with grandmother at Pateley Bridge. Thanks
