GEOFFREY NORMAN CHRISTOPHER HARDY. Im researching for a friend of mine, she is interested in her late fathers family. Sadley Geoffrey Norman Christopher Hardy died c1987 aged in his early 40's, all we know is that he was born in Germany to a German lady Charlotte and a british soldier who has the same name G N C Hardy, they stayed in Germany till Geoffrey was approx 6yrs old, then moved to Hampshire (possibly the Andover area) Charlotte and Geoffrey Snr, seperated and Charlotte married someone with the surname Cohen, to which she added to Geoffrey jnr name - so he became Hardy - Cohen. If you think you may be related or you have any info however small - as my Friend was only 13 when her father died and she would like to tell her own children about the Hardy side of her family.
