Member Since: November 2005 Posts: 0 Send Message	Am trying to to find information relating to Ethel Emmett, maiden name Bowker, born Haslingden, Lancashire, July - Sept 1889, married in 1915 an Emmett, first name not known. I believe they married in Haslingden and spent their lives in that area. Ethel died in the early 1960's. Ethel's sister (first name and D.O.B unknown) was my grandmother, who married a Barker (first name James, I believe) and they were the parents of my father, Allon Barker, born 29/5/1915 in Haslingden.
