George Robert Cartwright b. 1886. Jack Fairey, is trying to trace his grandfather or relatives on that side of the family. His grandmother, Lilian Fairey b. 1898 in London, married George Robert Cartwright in Barking Essex on 6/1/1918 but the marriage, we believe, to have been bigamous. George gave his age as 32, his profession as Cap maker and his father as George Cartwright, builder. Lilian and George's son, Peter Vernon Fairey, was born on 21/05/1918 in Barking. |
