Trying to find Miller

Trying to find any info on a George Miller possibly living around the Paddington area of London in 1879. Have no further details except believe him to be the father of my great-great grandfather George Doman, illegitimate child of a Sarah Doman. Birth cert shows George Doman born on 14/7/1879, no father shown on certificate. Got the possible Miller connection from George's marriage cert in 1907 which lists his father as a George Miller Doman, deceased, believe this name was on marriage cert for appearance sake! but wonder if a George Miller was actually his father. Any leads would be appreciated. Alexis
