I am trying to locate the Family and children of John William Cowell of Newsham, Northumberland and Charlotte Nattrass of Edmondsley,Durham. John's Parents were:Thomas Cowell and MAry Clark. John ANd Charlotte's children were as follows: Mary Jane Elizabeth Ann. Married Albert Snell 1912[my grandmother].They moved to Dunscroft. They had four children Martha Charlotte[Lottie], Elizabeth Ann [Nancy], William Edward [Bill] and John Cowell [Jack] All but John are gone now. William Sarah Ann Ethel . Married William Martin Margaret, Married Norman Armstrong.They owned and operated 'Armstrong's Bakery' in Durham? After Norman passed away Maragret remarried and moved to Scotland. I beleive that they had at least one daughter. if any of this looks familiar please contact me. Kind regards Beverley |
