Looking for information on Ellen (Eellen) Duffin born 1854 Glenravel, Antrim. Emigrated with parents Francis Duffin and Rose Welsh to Monklands, Scotland. She married John Conally 1873 in Coatbridge. They had a son Francis born 1874 in Old Monkland. A Conally family appear in the 1881 census in Paisley with children Francis, Jane, John and Catherine. Details suggest they are my family. After this I can find no trace of them so assume they went back to Ireland or on to somewhere else. Ellen's parents and 4 siiblings went to Missouri, USA but Ellen did not go with them. I have a huge database of information relating to all of Francis and Rose's children except Ellen to share with anyone who can link me to what happened to Ellen and her family |
