Member Since: April 2007 Posts: 4 Send Message	I am seeking info about my Paternal Grandmother, Audrey Ellen Clapp as she really is something of a mystery! She was born in Devonport, Plymouth in 1905. At some point i think she was orphaned and raised by an uncle with the same surname. She married my Grandfather, John Strawbridge in Salcombe, Devon in 1937 and they had 4 children, Ann, John, Dorothy and my late father, Ernest. Audrey died in 1960 and John, also known as Jack in1987.
