Member Since: November 2004 Posts: 0 Send Message	Looking for any relations of the Haines family who lived in Packhorse Farm Purton, Swindon, Wiltshire, back in 1860 -1950 also want to know what the realationship is of Lord Ashley,Earl of Shatfesbury, as the name of Ashley has gone through every generation for many, many years, and we have been led to believe that he was of some significance in the family. I was told years ago that the spelling of Haynes was changed by one of the brothers at the farm from 'Haines' to 'Haynes'. Does anybody have anymore information.
