Trying to find descendants of JOHN SLOANE and ALMA SLOANE, 9 Shelley Road, Harrow. Took in paying boarders. My father William Stoker was born at 9 Shelley Road, to Ada Sloane, who took over the tenancy of the property following the death of their father ARTHUR JOSEPH SLOANE in 1913.....Ada took her children to live in East/South London just prior to 1935...if you are descended from John and Alma Sloane, or from any other Sloane sibling, Arthur 1887, Jane 1889 William 1897, Isabella 1899 (who moved to Eastbourne) and Michael Tod 1903........the line for Ernest born 1891 and Ada 1893 is already documented. In case you are unaware, our family lines also include Coulson and Stewart names (loads of them)......please make contact if you read this....thanks, AVRYLL |
