I am trying to find out more information about my father's side of my tree. BROAD. I have managed to trace it back to the 1890's. With Henry, Frederick and William. Before this it becomes very complicated. I believe that the Father of the three children above was born a Charles Thomas Peerless in 1874. I have a copy of his birth certificate and it lists his mother as an Agnes Peerless. At the time of his birth Agnes was living in Brighton. After being born Charles lived with Ebenezer Broad. In between birth and marriage in 1894 Charles changed his name to Charles T Broad and I believe was adopted by Ebenezer. I would be very greatfull to anyone who has any information about this little mystery. Thank you Sarah |
