Trying to find Gilmartin

I am trying to find my Grandmother's family. Her Maiden name was Ethel Gilmartin and I beleive that she was the 13th and youngerst child in her family. I know that Archbishop Gilmartin of Knock - 'Marian Shrine fame - Ireland' came to Australia around 1923 (give or take a couple of years) to meet up with the Australian arm of his family and met my Father (Earl Riley) who was just a young boy in primary School at the time. Strangely, I am unable to find any information on my Grandmother's siblings. They would have resided in Echuca, Victoria as my Father grew up there and my Grandmother died in Echuca. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Kathleen Minassian (Nee Riley)
