Trying to find Gilmartin

I am trying to find my Grandmother's family. Her Maiden name was Ethel Gilmartin and I beleive that she was the 13th and youngerst child in her family. I know that Archbishop Gilmartin of Knock - 'Marian Shrine fame - Ireland' came to Australia around 1923 (give or take a couple of years) to meet up with the Australian arm of his family and met my Father (Earl Riley) who was just a young boy in primary School at the time. Strangely, I am unable to find any information on my Grandmother's siblings. They would have resided in Echuca, Victoria as my Father grew up there and my Grandmother died in Echuca.
