In case it was not already suggested, the LatterDay Saints have a website you can search. Entering Eli's name reveals an 1881 census record showing him living at No 4 Court 6 House, Darlaston and married to Ann from West Bromwich, with Sarah, Elizabeth, Joseph and Matilda.
You could also search on Joseph Prestidge, who lived at Hog Lane, Moreton Pinkley and two households further on is Daniel Prestidge 40 and Elizabeth 42, and their family, whilst several household prior are Mark and his family.
In Watts Cottages are David 50 and Mary 48, with their 7 children. Earlier still, also in Hog Lane are John and Mary, at 67 and 63, they could be the parents of these families.
