Hi Kerry
I have a g g grandfather George Freeman, born 1829 married Ann Richards (also born 1829).
Ann actually came from Amersham and I believe they were married there around 1850.
I think that George was actually born in the bordering Oxfordshire. Their son Henry married a Amersham girl her name was Ellen Hares, they were married in Beaconsfield Bucks.
I don't know if there is any connection.
Regards Carol
