Searching (on behalf of hubby) Frederick Charles Frowen and his wife, Muriel Fanny Philips (?Phillips) - I am led to believe that Frederick was born in 1902. Shelley Frowen (nee Twine)

Does your Husband know where Fredrick was born or who is parents were? If the family came from the Forest of Dean then I may be able to help dig a bit for you both.
