i think we have a link.
my great gran is helen morrice born to alexander morrice and helen smith (geddes). in 1878 tyrie.
i think i have already contacted you re. helen morrice and james souter.

Trying to find any info on James Morrice, my ggg grandfather, born circa 1830. His name appears on the marriage cert as a witness for my gg grandfather Alexander in 1878. Alexanders mother is Elizabeth Turriff. No death cert can be found for James. Any help would be appreciated, Regards Jackie
