Hi My birth name is Lowe and I have managed to get back to my family in Thaxted in Essex from 1822 onwards - mainly Millers (who used the windmill in thaxted) - then my family from from Stretham in Cambridgeshire - earliest date is 1761. Have lots of information to share if there is someone out there who is connected to the Lowe family and am happy to share too! :O) Christine
