Helo Dianne,
My maiden name was Stanbridge, Ihave looked through the census of 1851 and can find a Frederick Stanbridge age 38 living in Camptown Beds whose trade was bricklayer although the address given is that of a public house. He was there with his family of 9 children and his wife. I have no idea if this is anything to do with your Charles or Henry other than we have both those names in my fathers tree. If you think there may be a link please feel free to contact me.
Regards Peta

Dianne

I am looking for the family of Henry Stanbridge, who was born C1820 in England, maybe Hampstead. His father was Charles, and he had two brothers, Charles and Frederick, and two sisters, Mary Ann and Louisa. he was married in England to Frances. He was transported to Hobart, Australia, in 1852, for a verynminor crime.
