I am sorry I cannot make the connection for you but I can give you the name of John Guy's wife which was Anne, children's names were Robert,William,Thomas, Margaret Petre, Mary and Elizabeth. John Guy owned a property in Broad Street Bristol and he had a tenent Edmond Belsire. He also had lands in Dointon in Gloucestershire. He gave the other parts of his lands and a house in Small Street in Bristol to his son John Guy. This house was shared by John the son and a Mrs Charity White, John Guy also had a farm a Gaunt Earthcott nr Almondsbury and Prestige Wines of Bristol I could gone on but I hope this gives you some leads to a connection between Sarah Guy and John Guy. HI I'm trying to find the link between Sarah Guy 1713 to the merchant John Guy from Bristol who travelled to Newfoundland in around 1610. I believe they're related but so far, cannot find out how.
