My husban's grandfather was James Fitzgerald born in Cork in 1885. I don't know whether he is one of your fitzgeralds. He married a Hanna Cronin. There was a Hanora Fitzgerald on a birth certificate. I know that James was in the British army, they lived in Tallow, county Waterford and had 17-20 children !!! hopefully tthis helps |

Hello everyone. I am trying to trace any family members to Nora Fitzgerald (born Honora or Hanora) maiden name O'Leary. Also her husband Jerimiah Fitzgerald. They had 6 children, 2 daughters Eileen & Bridie, 4 sons John, James, Gerald & Jerry. All from Cork, Ireland.Thanks |
