Member Since: May 2006 Posts: 0 Send Message	I am trying to find out more about Bessie Sleeman who was born in 1857, probably in Cornwall, perhaps near Truro. She died in NZ on 2/8/1913 and is buried in the Hawera Cemetery in NZ. She married John Truran Barkla on 28/8/1883 in the Parish Church, Ladock, Cornwall. I would particularly like to learn more of her parents, whose names were Joseph Sleeman and Jane (nee Pearce). I have no other information on them. Please email if you have any information.
