Hi Jodie, I know a long time has past since you posted your note, but I have just started searching and in the 1871 census my Great Great Gran is listed as having a son James who was 4 at the time. Born in Pickering. As I am in Australia, I have NO idea if that is near to your area, the other children were Anne 6, Richard 7,Mary Jane 8, Frank 11, John 13 ( My Great Grandfather). My G.G.Gran was Jane and her husband was a sailor and I don't know his first name just that his last was Cullen. Janes' maiden name was Barker and she was also born in Pickering. It would be great if there was a connection. Kind regards, Di Cullen |

Hi, my name is Jodie Louise Cullen, I'm 27 and was born on Coventry in 1978. My father is James Michael Cullen (Mick) and my mother is Sandra Cole. Mick's brother was called Liam Cullen but sadly died in 2005 of cancer and I am trying to find my cousins John and Peter to my uncle's first married to Alex. I only know her as Alex and only ever met her once (that I can remember) when the youngest of the two boys was a baby. The marriage didn't end well and I know Liam hadn't seen the boys for years due to one reason or another. (I didn't ask, it had nowt to do with me). Anyway, Liam was born in Coventry but the family was from Enniscorthy in Co. Wexford. His father was James Cullen and his mother was Kitty Fox (Kitty being her nickname). If there are any others that also have matching information to me then please get in touch. My Uncle Liam had started a family tree but never had a chance to finish it. I would really love to meet my cousins due to the fact that family is the most important thing to me and to have any of it missing is quite upsetting. I have two children now and I'd like them to know their whole family on my side as I always grew up not knowing if I had any other than my immediate family.
