Trying to find Holland

I am trying to trace the family of Charles William Holland (Born circa 1882, location unknown, and Died, 1924 in South Warnborough, Hampshire). He was married to Ellen Eliza Sawyer (1898-1953). They married in 1916, living for the most part in Hampshire, but briefly in Gravesend, Kent. They had four children - Charles William, George Henry, Frank (my grandad, born 1921) and Nellie. All I know is that his father was called Joseph (listed as 'horsekeeper' on Charles' marriage certificate). My best detection points to this being Joseph Holland of Deptford, South East London (married to Julia) but without further help, I cannot be sure. If this is the correct family, then Charles William Holland will have been born in Ireland, as the family seem to have spent a few years out there. If this is the correct family, then Joseph and Julia's other children were Jessica (b. 1875), Amelia (b. 1877), George (b. 1882), Rossetta (b. 1885), Edith (b. 1887), Frederick (b. 1889) and Stephen (b. 1893). Hope someone can help put me out of my misery either way. |
