Member Since: January 2005 Posts: 1 Send Message	Hi Christine, George Whewall (c.1884) married Elizabeth Matthews in 1903 at St. Marks, Shelton, Stoke on Trent - the Ref is 27/11/230 if you need a cert. Their children include but are not limited to: Florence (c.1912), James (c.1913), John (c.1915), Rose E. (c.1917). James' birth was registered in Wolstanton - 3rd Qtr of 1913. James Whewall (b1913) married Elsie Millward 1935 in Stoke On Trent - their Ref is SRO/3B/037. George Whewall (c.1884) is likely to be the son of George Whewall (c. 1853) and Harriet Slater (c.1857) who married in 1882 at Holy Trinity, Chesterton - Ref. C8/1/315. Hope this helps.
