Does anyone know anything about Caroline Susannah Buckett? She was born in Bermondsey in 1861 the daughter of Henry Charles Buckett and Mary Jane Ewin. I know she 'married' someone with the surname Botley and died in December 1911 in the St. Olave district of Bermondsey. She had two daughters with Botley.....Annie b1900 and Eliza b1901. So far, I can find no record of a marriage. I think his name was John Botley and he died in the August of 1917. Can any one help with information on William Buckett born about 1770 who married Susannah Heard in 1790 in Bermondsey, London. I think they had three children, Sarah Ann, Thomas and Henry Thomas but I don't know of any more. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you!!

hi Margaret I dont know if you have had any luck and I'm afraid I can't help you as yet. However I was wondering whehter you could help me . I am trying to find my great gt grandfather called Henry Robert Buckett who died aged 40 in 1892.Family tradition says that he was pushed into the London Docks where he worked as a ?stevedore? because he was a bit of a troublemaker. Does this ring any bells at all. He was married to Elizabeth and left 5 children -one of whom Charles was my Grandfather.(he was born in Poplar)
