Trying to find Hadfield

I am trying to find who was married to a Sarah A Hadfield and who her parents were. She was born in 1849 in Sheffield and in 1901was living at 36 Pool St, Aston Manor, in the parish of St Mary. She had 2 sons Harry E and Charles H and a daughter called Lizzie C. Can any one help.

Hello,
May have some connection for you my great grandmother Sarah Ann Taylor was married to a Thomas William Hadfield who had sons Charlie,Fred,Edgar & Arthur with daughters Elizabeth (1872) & Lillian my grandmother.
Any information would be much appreciated
