Trying to find BARNFATHER

I have a Mary Barnfather in my tree,but she was before yours. Mine was born in Lanercost in 1689 and married my 7xgrandfathers brother John Stephenson who was also born in Lanercost in 1685 Unfortunately I can't find out anything about her. |

Looking for any descendants of John BARNFATHER & Charlotte HALL of Lanercost & Bellingham. All children born Lanercost but all but first two children bapt Haltwhistle Their children were (1) JANE BARNFATHER (1796 Lanercost ) I would like to know whether or not she married and had descendants (2) JAMES BARNFATHER (1798-1885) marr Mary PROUD 1824 Farlam Children of James & Mary were --- JANE (1824 Farlam), --- JOHN (abt 1826 Brampton?), and --- ELIZABETH BARNFATHER (1833 Brampton) Elizabeth married Isaac HETHERINGTON & had sons James (1856-1856), John (1858-1858) & JAMES JOHN HETHERINGTON (1870) (3) ELIZABETH (1800) had Illeg son Thomas b 1823 THOMAS marr Hannah & had sons GEORGE BATY BARNFATHER (1860) & THOMAS BARNFATHER (1862) I- I would like to whether Thomas' sons have descendants Elizabeth married THOMAS SHIPLEY in 1844 - no issue ( 4) ANN BARNFATHER (1803 - 1848) Had illeg son JOHN BARNFATHER (1826) I would like to know if he married & had descendants (5) MARY BARNFATHER (1805) Had illeg Dau CHARLOTTE BARNFATHER (1826-1858) CHARLOTTE marr THOMAS HALL 1847 Hexham and had children Ralph (1849), Margaret (1850-1891), Elizabeth (1853-1884), Jane (abt 1856) & William HALL (abt 1858). (6) JOHN BARNFATHER (1808- 1882)My GGGreatGrandfather, marr Mary ARMSTRONG 1829 Gretna Their children were Jane (1827), Charlotte (1830), Mary (1832-1908), Elizabeth (1834), John (1836-1891), Thomas (1838) & Hannah (1841) (7) HANNAH BARNFATHER (1813) Descendants ? (8) THOMAS (1817) Descendants ? Any information at all greatly appreciated to help me fill in the gaps and perhaps find other living descendants of my ancestors. Many Thanks in advance, Bev |
