I believe there are still some Creedon families living in the Kenmare area of Co. Kerry. If you can contact the Church authorities in Kenmare they may be able to put you in touch with one of these Creedons.

Can any one help me find the following families Creedon, McCarthy Sullivan ancestors? All I know is the following information? 1) A birth certificate of a Patrick Creedon Born Eight of March 1881 Kenmare Kerry Ireland Father John Creedon Dunkerron Farmer Mother Honona Creedon nee Sullivan 2) Marriage certificate of a Patrick Creedon With Hannah McCarthy Second of April 1918 Weymouth Dorset Saint Augusta’s Chapel Donlecester Road Patrick Private 44 Battalion AJC Residence the hut nest Camp Weymouth Father John Creedon Deceased Farmer Hannah McCarthy Spinster Residence Hotel Alexandra Father John McCarthy Farmer 3) Patrick Emigrated to Australia Via London in 1912, Later returning to England and marrying Hannah McCarthy in 1918 at Dorset.
