Member Since: January 2007 Posts: 1 Send Message	Hi, I have been researching my HORNER history both here and via other sites, my family originates from the Ripon,Pately Bridge,Nidderdale area and currently have info back to the mid 1700,s with more indications that HORNERS lived and farmed in upper Nidderdale as far back as the 1500,s. More than happy to share with you if you feel this would benefit both our research efforts. Regards Brian Horner

Member Since: January 0001 Posts: 0 Send Message	Hi, I'm looking for the parents of William Horner born Ripon 1795 who married Harriet Metcalfe from Winksley on 22/11/1823. they were related to the Snowdons & Nicholsons. The Horners of Ripon & Nidderdale were a very interesting family having aldermen and mayors serving in Ripon in the 18th C. Unfortuneately I have not found the missing link yet.
