Member Since: June 2007 Posts: 2 Send Message	Hi David, I have just read your message of 14.6.2005 about George William Newdick. His father was Alfred b.1844, d.1876 and he m. Phoebe Hayward who died in 1901. They had 3 sons George William, Albert and Henry. The only info I have is on Albert b.1872 in Bargate. He married in Tasmania to Esther Good about 1900 and then they moved to NZ. He was only in NZ about 1 year when he committed suicide at the age of 34, by shooting himself. He left a wife and four young ones. I am descended from the Newdick family and live in NZ. The Newdicks had a reunion in Auckland in 1984. Jill
