Hi Carol,
I realise you may already have found out this info, but just in case...
Using FreeBmd I looked for marriages of them in Lancashire. Between 1855 and 1866 there is only one at Haslingden (where Mary was born) - in Sept qtr 1864 - when James RILEY probably married Mary Ann BARLOW.
Then, checking the 1881 census, you will find:

Mary A. RILEY Wife M Female 40 Haslingden, Lancashire, England

George B. RILEY Son Male 11 Cloughfold, Lancashire, England Cotton Throstle Doffer
all living at Alma Cottage 22
Cowpe Lench Newhall Hey & Hall Carr, Lancashire, England.

I am trying to find information about my great-great grandparents. James Riley ( born in Langshaw Bridge in 1843 ) married Mary A (born in Haslingden in about 1841) I cannot find her maiden name anywhere. Does anybody have these people on their Family Tree? THey had a daughter Margaret-Ann Riley born in 1866 and two sons, John born in 1867 (approx) and George born about 1870.(Lancashire area) Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Carol
