Yes that is the family called Chambers in 1881.
Father Benjamin .Mother Isabella. Dryden step children.
Margaret J Chambers 1855 Wallsend visiting elsewhere.
Benjamin living a few doors from James C Chambon in 1901

Just realised marriage.
James Chambers married 1895 june qt Tynemouth possible spouse Elizabeth Chambers. That would explain why Mary J Chambers is mother in law on the 1901 census.

Henry 'Harry' Chambers (born 17 December 1896 - died 29 June 1949) was an English international footballer who, most notably, played for Liverpool
Born in Willinton Quay, Northumberland, England.

1901 census has many CHAMBERS born in Willington. Cannot locate Harry/Henry though.Could only find one listed in Northumberland.Father Thomas mother Margaret both 24.
Perhaps Liverpool FC could help.

Harry (Smiler) Chambers was a professional footballer, he was born 17 Dec 1896 in the north-east. The reason I am interested in him, is because my dad told me some years ago that whenever Harry was playing in the midlands, he always called to see my grannie who was born Annie Chambers. Annie is a bit of a mystery, in that we don't know where she was born, and only guess at her age because on her marriage in 1908, she gave her age as 22, and her fathers name as Joseph Chambers. Any help would be appreciated.
