Jeffery -- it would be a shame for your generous offers to go to waste!

Back when the posts you have replied to were written, it wasn't possible to reply to posts, so most people who posted then have no idea they should be looking for replies.

You'd do best to click on their names and send them private messages, which will reach them if they are still members of GR and their email addresses at the time are still valid.

If I ever need anything in Hammersmith, I'll keep you in mind. ;)

Hello Wendy.
Your noticeboard date is 01/04/2005 - are you any further forward?.
I will be visiting Hammersmith Archives early in 2008 to check up on my ggm Sarah Pitcher ancestors. Please let me know if you want me to look any info up for you.

trying to find any information on my grandmother catherine pitcher who was born on 16 /04/1908 in hammersmith, london. her parents were called john and catherine and i think john was a market trader at some time. my grandmother married leonard joseph king on 2/6/1934 in hammersmith. they had 3 children maureen(my mum) born in 1935, reg,and then george. i would be grateful for any info on the pitcher side of the family.the surname 'dear' seems to be connected somehow, too. thank you.
