Trying to find Duguid

Marie Report 6 Dec 2007 23:24

Hi Rhona,
I have a Duguid family living on Bellabeg farm in 1861, not sure if this is the same family, but it could be.
Frances Duguid married Margaret Reid.
They had 6 children.
Sorry for the delay but I do not usually go on the message boards.
Hope this has been of help.

Rhona Report 10 Nov 2004 11:56

I am looking for my grandfather & grandmother, John & Charlotte Duguid (nee McMillan) both Scottish, Logie Coldstone area. They lived at 87 Juliet Street, Ashington, Northumberland in 1944, my mother was born there on 24.06.44. They had an elder daughter of Diane about 3 years old when my mother was born. My grandfather was a Trooper in the Royal Tank Corps No. 7930283. When my mother was around 6 months old she and her sister were taken to the family farm called Bellabeg in Logie Coldstone, Aberdeenshire where they were brought up by John's brothers & sisters. They never saw either parents again. Trying desperately to find them to fill in gaps. PLease contact me if you know anything.
