Hi there, I am messaging all the way from Australia. My grandfather was James Frances Preece, and my grandmother is Dorothy (nee Schleter). Our family has been in Australia for a very long time, but I would love to hear from any distant relations. I think the first settler in our region was John Preece, back in the 1800's.

I have a Eliza in my tree, with bros Samuel, Arthur, Mary and Richard this is ex 1851 cenus, she was 7 at the census The add is given as Tan House, Hentland(Herefordshire). Father is a Thomas and mother is Ann
Any connection?
