Did your Myers's (particularly Edward) have any connection with Dalton-in-Furness or Millom ?

Looking for information about the Myers family of Drigg, Cumberland in the 19th century. John,b 1827,( father Edward) children John,David, Rebecca b.1862, Christopher. The 1861 census shows a daughter Ann Eleanor, age 4 but she doesn't appear on the 1881 census. Son John became an innkeeper of Studfold public house in Distington. On 1881 census there is a wife, Ann ( born Whitehaven) and stepdaughter Frances Nicholson. It's not clear what the real relationship with Frances was as each census shows the John's wife as Ann. Of course he may have had 2 wives called Ann... Rebecca married Thomas Rawlinson and moved to Manchester.
