Any info on my Granddad John Samuel Kimberly Marsland born & lived around the Hurst area of Ashton-u-Lyne Lancs area & maybe Droylsden. Married to Edith Cooper divorced in 1950, or his Dad John Henry Marsland.

My Grndmother Betsy Ann Marsland 1881(Mottram) married Eli Walton Day 1882(Droylesden) in 1905. Betsy Ann's father was James Kinder Marsland. There was a son John Marsland born 1871. The whole of my English side came from the Droylesden, Ashton-under-lyne area. Any chance they are the ancstors?
