trying to trace ALBERT SILK born in catherington hampshire in 1909 his parents where THOMAS SILK ( 1878 havant) who was stocker in royal navy and his wife was EMILY TITHERIDGE. settled in portsmouth. married a louisa earley. Thomas mother was anne wells who married |GEORGE silk but after his death lived with Charles Fisher but kept the silk name for there children. Also info on james silk- hannah neale Stephen - lucy greentree stephen- hannah rodd matilda- henry wilks alice- jesse denis laura- charles small harriet -joseph read mary- frederick martin all married in petersfield or havant |
