Hello Linda,

I can't remember whether or not I've contacted you but here goes.

There Tubby family is large. My branch so far goes back to the mid-1700s, were from around Norwich and all seemed to be agricultural labourers/servants. gt-gt-grandfather was from Costessey - James Donald Tubby. His father was Edward Tubby b 1799, d 1840 and his father was William b about 1770-1774.
There was another James Tubby and his family moved to Northumberland not directly on my list.

Some of my Tubby line are 'planted' in Denton churchyard. If I can help, let me know.
