Bannister/MacPhearson - Preston / West Auckland My Great Grandmother - Annie Bannister (nee Wilson) born 1890 in West Auckland My Great Grandfather - Fredrick Charles Bannister (Originally MacPhearson) born ? Preston My Great Grandfather was born a Macphearson but changed his name to Bannister (his mothers Maiden name) when he ran away to West Auckland around 1900 - 1910 Annie Wilson was one of 9 Children (surnames Howe, Gill & Wilson) Fredrick MacPhearson was one of 3 (I think) Can anybody help me with my family tree please

Hi Claire,

My Wife's Grandmother was Marie Bannister, born in Chorley, Near Preston, Lancashire 1883, died 1975, she married Edward Hamer from Leyland, Lancashire.

Any help to you ???
