I have a Mary Tapper in my tree, I think she married a Weatherdon at Highweek, Newton Abbot, Devon.

I will check my tree and come back to you.

Mary Tapper was born 1747 and baptised 3/12/1747
she married John Weatherdon 07/2/1771
at Wolborough, Newton Abbot, Devon.

John Weatherdon 1745
Mary Tapper was the 1st wife of his.
He was married 3 times.

They had children
William Weatherdon B 1791 he married Mary Rapson 1783-1869
they had 5 children.

Donna on GR has Tappers on her tree gouing back years. Just as a bit of info. A lot come from Devon.
Some are buried at Highweek is the name of the church, in Newton Abbot, Devon.
