Trying to find Jarratt

I am trying to find my uncle, I think his name is David. I am unsure of his first name, but know his surname is Jarratt? His natural mother would have been called Lilian Agnes Jarratt and Father would have been called William Jarratt. They both lived in the Bournemouth area, but believe they married in Kilkenny, Ireland This person was at my mothers bedside when she died, and quite possibly attended my grandmothers funeral which took place on or around 10th October 1960, where he met my mother for the first time. My grandmother is buried at Kinson Cemetry. My uncle has a sister called Patricia Ann who is my mother. I think my uncle was borne in Kilkenny, Ireland like my mother.
