hi margerite my great grandad was a charles edwin keat who had a daughter called evelyn she marrid edgar sandercock in launceston in 1935 and they hjad two daughters barbara and joy sadley she left the family home around1941 and was never heard of again thats why im desperate to find out if she is stll alive as she was my gran i have the marriage license wiht charles as her father if i have asked you before im sorry just desperate kim plymouth |

ANNE EYKYN Re: KEAT FAMILY FROM ST. KEW/TRELILL My great-grandad, JAMES KEAT, was born in 1860 and married ANN in 1878. I do not know her maiden name, but she was born in 1861. They had three children - my grandad, CHARLES, born in 1878 - SAMUEL, born in 1887 - MARTHA, born in 1890. SAMUEL was killed during the war. I think MARTHA went to live in America, and was know as Aunt Mattie. Can anyone help with the family history of MARTHA. Thanks, Anne I have since found that James and Ann had two other daughters - Agnes b 1882 and Edith b 1883 - Agnes married a Joseph Smith in 1899. |
