Hi Jean

Pick me!! We've been in contact before, and I would love to connect my Woodnesboro', etc. Deverson's with the Canterbury clan.

My Grandmother was a Deverson - the earliest ancestor I have is William Deverson, born circa 1809, Woodnesborough.

Dear Jean
I have recently joined the site and have probably some contact / conection on the info you require.
I am a Deverson and was told by my father that we did not have any connection with the 'Canterbury Deversons' - however, it looks very much that we do.
My great great Grand father, Charles born in Sandwich 1841. I need to sort out other info - but it looks very likely that his grand father was George Deverson born Sandwich 1783.
I seem to remember seeing a written note/memo of Deversons in Canterbury.
I will shortly look into this.
Can you be more specific to enable me to see the 'join/connection'?
Regards Keith

Jean

I have recently connected my Canterbury Deversons to Sandwich and would like to make contact with any one who has ancestors with the name DEVERSON who come from Sandwich or Goodnesborough. Jean.
