Member Since: March 2004 Posts: 0 Send Message	Hi. My name is Amanda Oughton and I am trying to fill in a few missing gaps from my family tree. I am looking for any information or relatives of John Bishop Cubitt. John Bishop Cubitt married a woman called Mary (Flood I think). They married in Walsingham, Norfolk in the 1850s and moved to South Shields as that is where their 2 children were born, Esther Elizabeth Cubitt and John Cubitt. Their niece and nephew also lived with them. John Bishop Cubitt was a Merchant Seaman. Any help that could be provided would be gratefully received.

I realise that it's almost 4 years since you made this post but if you're still looking for more information let me know. Another excellent source of information is the Blakeny History Centre. Paul
