Member Since: October 2003 Posts: 12 Send Message	Is any one else tracing the SPURWAY s of Devon my ggg graandfather was Robert SPURWAY 1806 born in Bradninch Devon married to Susan born 1804. some children had PANTER as a second name so possibly a link.

	I too would like to trace a Spurway. Harry was born in Bermondsey (Greenwich reg.)1887 to Harry c1861 of Axminster Devon (acc. to 1891 census) & Rose nee Cawley.they lived in Rotherhithe in 1891.Harry Snr. seems to have died in 1900. & 1901 census has young Harry visiting "Bates" Family in E. Ashford. Maybe Rose remarried, I'd really like to hear anything of Harry Jnr. How did he fare? Does anyone belong to him? cheers Wendy
