I am researching Etchells family history and have countless Etchells in my tree. I have information going back to circa 1550. My Etchells originated from Pott Shrigley and moved to Macclesfield Forest, Rainow, Sutton and some in Taxal Anyone out there with info on Etchells in these areas I have some gaps that could do with filling regards Debra Burgess

Did any of your Etchells from Cheshire marry a Cooper.

I estimate 30% of the population of Pott Shrigley and Macclesfield Forest in the 1850's were Etchell's, Barlow's or Cooper's
