Find Ancestors

Hi, I'm trying to trace any Hornbys that may be related to those that lived in Lytham St Annes in the early 1900's. I have traced back to my great great grandad William Hornby,b. around 1856 in the Rawcliffe area; married to Jane. He had 2 sons, William (b. 1887) and John (b. 1896). Hi Caroline my mother is Dorothy one of the daughters born to Mary Ellen a daughter of William , Mary married a William Manning in 1915 and you know some of the rest i think . Well my mum Dorothy is 94 next year and has told me some of her tales and that of her sisters & brother William. She married after the war and became what is know here as Ten pound poms so yes we are Aussies but she still hangs on the her accent and ways.
It would be great to hear from you and your knowledge of the family as she doesn`t know what became of her kin and it would be great to tell her before it`s to late.
