I have a Thomas Gibbons born 1841 in Mayo. his wife is called Catherine and they settled in Sunderland. They also had 8 children. Their son John was my Grandfather. Member Since: December 2002 Posts: 8 Send Message	Looking for information on Margaret Kerrigan c, 1850 Ireland. She married patrick Gibbons. Their first child John was born 5th Jan 1869 in Westport Co Mayo Ire. The family emigrated to northeast England sometime before the birth of Thomas { my grandfather} 14 Dec 1870 in North Shields England. The family eventually moved to Sunderland Durham where another 8 children were born.In 1881 the family were living at Deptford Tce Sunderland Durham. Patrick's occupation was labourer. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
