We have the name Simmons (spelt the same way) in our family along with the names May, Thorntons, Fildes and Scotting. All are related to one another and there have been many family rifts (as in most large families) through the generations. Member Since: December 2002 Posts: 1 Send Message	I am trying to find relations of my grandfather Edward Simmons (Born around 1920). My father has little knowledge of his extended family or ancestors due to a family rift which occured before he was born. My grandfather was married to Victoria (Maude) Simmons and they had 1 son, Peter Edward whom is now 60. We have recently found that Edward (Ted) had a brother Arthur and a sister Hester.
